MCAAP fully implements 11 Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) for administrators and supervisors. The PLCs enable unit members to meet with job like colleagues on a regular basis to collaborate and grow professionally together.

We are an active partner and voice within the school system and our two other employee organizations which represent our teachers and support professionals. Our partnership provides constant collaboration, communication and pushes to create a strong foundation which values a culture of respect in the workplace.
