To initiate the establishment of our union as the designated exclusive representative for school leaders, the initial step is to gather signatures on what we refer to as an authorization card. By signing this card, you are expressing your intent to actively engage in the collective bargaining process, ensuring that your voice is heard and represented effectively.

Once we accumulate a sufficient number of signed cards, we will formally present them to the School Board, commencing the proceedings for an election.

Upon signing the card, we urge you to encourage your colleagues in schools and the central office to do the same. Each signature holds immense value and the collective participation of every individual is paramount to creating a powerful union.
