As we close out the year, I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible dedication, professionalism, and heart our members have shown throughout the semester. December is always a time of reflection, and looking back, it is clear that the strength of our union lies in the way we support one another, speak up for what is right, and remain committed to the students and communities we serve.

This year has brought challenges, victories, and important conversations about the work still ahead. Through it all, your voice and your advocacy have made a difference. Thank you for showing up—for each other, for our profession, and for the collective power we share when we stand together.

As we move into a season of rest, celebration, and renewal, I hope each of you finds time to recharge and enjoy moments of peace with family and loved ones. Please take care of yourselves—you have earned it.
