Nancy Fournier is a San Diego native and has built a diverse and accomplished career spanning biotechnology and the legal field. She spent 20 years in administrative roles within the biotech industry, developing strong operational, organizational, and leadership skills. Seeking a new professional challenge, she earned a Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego, graduating at the top of her class with the highest GPA.

Upon furthering her education, Nancy worked for 15 years in law firms as both a paralegal and a law firm administrator. She developed a solid background in human resources, business, and litigation support. Her career reflects a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt and excel across industries.

Nancy enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and studying the French language.
