LAPA REPORT
It is decision time! You should have received your November 3rd General Election ballots in the mail today. If not, check your voting status to confirm that the Registrar of Voters has your current address. To check your status, click this link to go to their site. There, you can update your address and information.
We strongly recommend completing and mailing your ballot as soon as possible. Please don't wait until after October 26, 2026, to mail your ballot. We don’t want your voice to go unheard because of USPS delays. If you don't mail your ballot before October 26, or you are not confident in mailing it this election season, we recommend dropping it off at one of the Ballot Drop Box sites nearest you.
UASC VOTER GUIDE: Our LAPA Committee compiled our UASC Voter Guide for the November 3rd General Election to help our members decide which candidates in our region to vote for in the offices of State Assembly and Senate, Superintendent of Public Instruction, various School Board Trustees, and Local/State Propositions. The voter guide also breaks down each of the 14 State Propositions and how each one could affect our students and members. You can view, download, or print out the voter guide, and we welcome members to share it with friends and family.
