A substantial majority of Americans went to the polls and pulled the lever for candidates who opposed GOP President Donald Trump and his policies. Even in the elections for the U.S.

Workers won. Women won. Many, but not all, minorities won. Democrats won. Donald Trump didnt.

This election was a victory for civics because so many people did their duty and voted.  

Elections belong to the people. It's their decision. If they decide to turn their back on the fire and burn their behinds, then they will just have to sit on their blisters.
