The American Federation of School Administrators (AFSA) is the only national labor union exclusively representing school leaders. We represent the administrators, professionals, and supervisors who lead and support our public education system.
AFSA members lead from every level of education. Some lead in schools. Others serve in central offices and school systems. All share a common purpose: supporting educators, serving their communities, and putting students first.
